Scope of supply:

  • Modular Packaged 10 kV Switchgear «Chinarevo-1» inside modular building with overall dimensions of 34*9*3 having a room for staff and control room.
  • Modular Packaged 35 kV Switchgear «Chinarevo-1» inside modular building with overall dimensions of (L*W*H) 29*6*3. Additional equipment – line differential protection panel, bus differential protection panel, telecontrol panel, metering panel, general protection panel and automatic voltage control panel T1 and T2.
  • Modular Packaged 35 kV Switchgear «Burovie-1» and «Burovie-2», joined together with 10 kV metal clad switchgear inside modular buildings with overall dimensions of 15,4*6*3. Additional equipment – on-load changing control panel, central alarm panel, telecontrol panel and metering panel.
  • Modular Packaged 35 kV Switchgear for complex gas treatment plant «UKPG» inside modular building with overall dimensions of 15*6*3, additional equipment - line differential protection panel-35, bus differential protection panel -35.
  • Modular Packaged 6 kV Switchgear «UKPG» inside modular building with overall dimensions of 15*6*3, additional equipment – central alarm panel, line differential protection panel-6, bus differential protection panel-6, automatic voltage control panel T1, automatic voltage control panel T2, telecontrol panel and metering panel.
  • Automated dispatch control system of electric grid infrastructure of Chinarevskoye OGCF, Zhaikmunai LLP.

Equipment information:

Modular Packaged 35 kV Switchgears of RSN-35 series are equipped with withdrawable circuit breakers of VEP 40.5 type, Modular Packaged 6-10 kV Switchgears of RSN-10 series are equipped with withdrawable circuit breakers of VEP 12 series. Input panels are equipped with relay protection devices based on microprocessor unit F650 manufactured by GENERAL ELECTRIC. Protection and onload changing control panels of the transformer are based on protection units T35 manufactured by GENERAL ELECTRIC and Sirius 2 RN manufactured by ZAO Radius Avtomatica. Central alarm panels are based on BRESLER - 0107.050 unit. Central alarm box (CAB) is manufactured by OOO NPP Bresler.

Line differential protection panels of 35 kV and 10 kV are based on protection units L30 manufactured by General Electric. Differential bus protection panels are based on B30 protection unit manufactured by General Electric.

Equipment includes 2nd level automation system of supervision and technological control – telecontrol panels and automated commercial electricity metering system (ACEMS) panels. Connection to the 1st level of automated control system equipment (relay protection units) is implemented based on Ethernet (protocols IEC 60870-5- 104 and Modbus TCP/IP). Data connection with the upper-level system (control center) is implemented based on protocol IEC 60870-5-104. Industrial loud-speaker and alarm system DVS-21 are installed in telecontrol panels.

In addition to the main functions automated dispatch control system provides:

  • organization of industrial control room and loudspeaker communication at SS and 35/10/6 kV SWG;
  • data collection and processing from station engineering sub-systems (video monitoring, security and fire alarms and telephone communication) etc.;
  • organization of connection to Distribution Company via radio relay communications with emergency satellite communication channel.

Automated dispatch control system of energy is made as a partition structure on the base of autonomous automated control systems of power supply of the 35/10/6 kV substations (switchgears) (11 spatially distributed objects) and has a three-level hierarchical structure. The first level includes relay protection IEDs and other protection devices, electric meters of SS and SWG, DCS of 0.4 kV electric equipment, utilities (control communication equipment, cameras, IP-phones etc.). The second level includes telecontrol panels (CC-TC), panel of automated commercial electricity metering system (CC-ACEMS) and data transferring equipment. The third level (control center) includes telecontrol, communication, ACEMS servers, AWS and data transfer equipment. Data collection from relay protection units and other intelligent electronic devices within one controlled section is made by telecontrol panel CC-TC by virtue of commutation equipment. CC-TC except DATD communication controller also includes industrial commutation switches and protocol bridges, routed networks and power supply units for panel equipment operation. TM panel is supplied with telecontrol server which allows to collect, process and accumulate data having HMI directly at the level of SS (SWG) to provide autonomous operation of objects automation system and power supply system. All electric power meters within one controlled unit are joined to the local network and connected to remote terminal unit of CC-ACEMS. Data exchange between CC-TC and CC-ACEMS, utilities located in controlled units and control center is carried out via fiber-optic communication line (FOCL). GSM communication line is provided as a spare line.

Start-up:

The full scope of supervision and commissioning works was completed. There were no claims on duration of works and their quality from the Customer. Act of acceptance was signed by State Acceptance Commission in November 19, 2015. Less than 1 year has passed between the delivery finish dates and putting into operation. This was facilitated by the following:

  • Customer was interested in timely putting objects into operation;
  • Customer’s confidence in professionalism, competence and reliability of Supplier;
  • active co-operation, mutual understanding and support between Supplier, Customer and Engineering company;
  • collaborative relations between the Supplier's specialists and representatives of the contracting installation organization at the Customer's site;
  • rapid settlement of questions that arise during design and production of equipment, as well as while execution of works at site.

In total the following production was supplied:

630 kVA, 1000 kVA 2-sectional PTS for outdoor installation, MCCs, MCCs in modular building, 10 kV SWG in modular building, 35, 10 and 6 kV SWG in modular building, PTS- 1600 kVA 10/0.4 kV, 6 kV SWG in modular building, modular packaged 2500 kVA 6/0.4 kV PTS, modular packaged PTS -400 kVA 6/0.4 kV, UPS, MCC in modular building, telecontrol panel for gas turbine power plant, automated system of technological management control, bus differential protection panel, line differential protection panel, central alarm panel, transformer differential protection panel, OLTC and differential protection panel.
